Resp & Qualifications

PURPOSE:

As a member of the Enterprise Program Management Office, the Project Coordinator plays a key role in facilitating and directing cross-functional stakeholders on projects and related meeting forums and/or supports the work of project professionals at all levels of the company, including leadership executives.

This highly organized individual coordinates meeting set-up including invitations, attendance confirmation and the preparation, tracking, documentation, and distribution of materials (ex. agenda, presentation, meeting decisions/action items). Ensures materials are tracked and compiled by the respective owners and are distributed and/or available for attendees on time. Tracks progress and assists with project/meeting documentation to support project needs. Assists with end-to-end tasks related to planning, execution, readiness and communications of projects. Drives outcomes by establishing relationships with key stakeholders including project managers, business leaders and executives to drive to foster a collaborative culture.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assists in the oversight of project tasks, establishes and monitors milestones and prepares progress tracking reports.

  • Plans and communicates aspects of the project for the team and stakeholders and implements tasks to drive effective outcomes.

  • Interfaces with a variety of stakeholders and coordinates work across the division and/or broader organization to ensure successful outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

Experience: 1 year of project related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications including Teams.

  • Excels in communicating effectively both in writing and verbally.

  • Ability to exercise good judgment in the planning, execution and problem solving to deliver results on time.
