Role: FIS Teller Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ months.
Must Have:
- Subject Matter Expertise in Teller function
- Understands Teller features and functions, business workflows.
- Knowledge of customer and transaction data and data elements across Teller systems
- Possesses a broader understanding of Branch Banking, Deposits, Transfers, withdrawals, and other financial activities.
- Familiar with latest trends, nuances, and development in Teller function
- Experience in proposing changes to drive efficiency of Tellers function.
- Experience in Quality assurance and business validation of teller features from an end-user perspective
Nice to have:
- Technical orientation of Information technology Products
- Knowledge of Banking Product Horizon
