The Role:
- The Business Development Representative will report directly to the Team Lead, Inside Sales and will be responsible for engaging and booking meetings with the Sr. Partner Director's target clients in the Beverage and Alcohol industry.
- This position will be remote flexible. There are no in-office mandates.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Prospect to target clients via email, phone, or Zoom.
- Leverage Outreach.io to craft and send messages to prospects.
- Organize and track leads and client meetings through Salesforce.
- With guidance from the Team Lead, Inside Sales, craft proposals and meet with prospects to share Fetch's vision, strategy, and value proposition to activate new partners and brands. When possible, create new leads from new or existing partners.
- Externally influence decision-makers on Fetch's new and existing partners' teams, showing them the value of our partnership through data and insights.
- Demonstrate your knowledge of Fetch's offerings across technology, product, and marketing to new and existing partners. As a Fetch expert, you know where we're going with the depth to guide new partners to full partnership.
- Work closely with Industry Leads and Account Managers in the Beverage and Alcohol space on offer details, programming, and calibration.

- You're meeting or exceeding metrics, particularly around client meetings booked and conversion.
- You're able to present the Fetch story in a way that drives revenue from new and existing clients.
- You have a bias for action and lean into collaborative internal partnerships to accomplish team goals.
- You embrace objections as opportunities for education and dialogue with prospects. These are opportunities to develop your sales and presentation skills.
The ideal candidate:
- 1-3 years of professional experience, particularly within the Consumer Goods, Adult Beverage, or Marketing and Advertising industries.
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
- Outreach.io or similar prospecting tool experience.
- Ability to write compelling emails to industry prospects.
- Ability to present to executive leaders, representing the Fetch brand to prospective partners.
Compensation:
- At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $50,000 base (this does not include commission, which our Sales employees are eligible for). We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch's growth.
